<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parcel receiving system using an information network, allowing a receiving box to be unlocked only with simple operation even when a receiver is out. SOLUTION: Parcel identification information included in bar code data read from a card 25 by a bar code reader 13, and the IP address of a receiving box 15 are transmitted to a URL converting server 17. The URL converting server 17 converts the received parcel identification information into a URL address of a control server 19 corresponding to the received parcel identification information and transmits the IP address of the receiving box 19 and the URL address to the control server 19. The control server 19 determines coincidence between an equipment owner corresponding to the IP address received from the URL converting server 17, and a receiver corresponding to the URL address received from the URL converting server 17. In the case of coincidence, unlock information stored in a receiver page is transmitted to the receiving box 15, and a key provided at a parcel in-and-out port is unlocked according to the unlock information.</p> |
