PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive carbon black dispersion with high conductivity, high storage stability, and a conductive material prepared by sticking the carbon black dispersion to a base material, then drying. SOLUTION: This conductive carbon black dispersion is prepared by dispersing carbon black containing boron in the form of a solid solution, having an electric resistivity specified by JIS K 1469 of 0.10Ωcm or less in a dispersing medium. The conductive carbon black dispersion contains aqueous resin. The conductive material is prepared by sticking the conductive carbon black dispersion to the base material, then drying.
