The sensor comprises has a sensing unit and element mounted on a bearer (1) for detecting movement of the sensor. At least one electric cable (5) is fed to the sensing unit from outside the bearer and a line (6) for feeding compressed gas to the bearer acts on the sensor so it's contact (20) touches a measurement object. The compressed gas line is formed by a casing (60) enclosing the electric cable so the gas passes between the casing and the cable.
