摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system which can produce a data base about information on customers' visiting frequency for mapping out a proper sales strategy in response to the customers' visiting frequency. SOLUTION: In this customer information management system 10, the images of visiting customers are photographed by an entrance camera 101 and it is decided whether or not an image coincident with a photographed customer image is contained in a customer DB of a storage part (DB) 113. When the relevant customer image is contained in the customer DB, the recorded visiting frequency of the customer is counted. When the visiting frequency of the customer counted in a past fixed time is higher than the prescribed level, the customer is judged as a regular customer. Meanwhile, the customer is judged as a chance customer when his/her counted visiting frequency is lower than the prescribed level. When the image coincident with the photographed customer image is not contained in the customer DB, it is judged as that of a chance customer. Then these regular/chance customer information are recorded on the customer DB as customer information relevant to each customer.
