PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driving device that can inhibit a failure caused by the loss of synchronism in a stepping motor. SOLUTION: When serial signal lines W1 to W5 are subjected to noise, merely data included into a position information signal that is subjected to noise becomes invalid by resetting serial/parallel converters K11 to K15, and the stepping motors M1 to M5 are stopped. Then, the stepping motors M1 to M5 are driven based on the succeeding, normal position information signal, thus simply temporally stopping the stepping motors M1 to M5 for a period from the time when the position information signal is subjected to noise to the time when the normal position information signal is inputted without disabling the control of the stepping motors, thus inhibiting the failure caused by the loss of synchronism in the stepping motors M1 to M5. |
