PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing information for visually handicapped persons by the utilization of an electric communication channel without receiving aerial restriction by utilizing the electric communication channel. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a system management server for providing information for handicapped persons which is provided with a function for executing the converting prescribed information into the braille or audio information and the preparing of the information into magnified character display information in accordance with documents by a request by a user being a visually handicapped person or reserved contents and a function for transmitting and distributing the information, a collaboration terminal group and/or a network service which are properly accessible to the system management server via the electric communication channel and belong to public agencies, enterprises, various groups and private persons and terminals for handicapped persons which near at hand of the individual handicapped person and are provided respectively with a braille output device and/or a voice output device which are properly accessible to the system management server via the electric communication channel. |
