PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems of a conventional ground sill of a wooden building, i.e., the problems being caused by slipout of the ground sill from an anchor bolt to collapse the building, to thereby cause a lot of damage inside and outside the building, at the time of vertical vibrations of an earthquake, because the anchor bolt is conventionally inserted into the ground sill which is then laid on foundation concrete and clamped by a nut via a single washer. SOLUTION: A plurality of circular or polygonal disc-like vibration isolators 9 formed of rubber are interposed between the nut 11 for clamping the anchor bolt and the ground sill, and in order to receive stretching energy of the vibration isolators and transfer the same to the upper nut, thick steel washers 10 being the same in diameter as the vibration isolators are interposed between the nut and the ground sill. As a result, when the foundation repeatedly vertically vibrates at the time of an earthquake, the vibration isolators expand and contract to function as cushioning materials, to thereby reduce vibrations.
