PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber structure excellent in stretchability and durability and having antimicrobial/antifouling abilities. SOLUTION: This polyester-based fiber structure mainly comprises a polytrimethylene terephthalate and possesses a compound oxide containing titanium and silicon and at least one species of the resin selected from an alkyl silicate-based resin, a silicon-based resin and a fluorine-based resin at least on the surface of the fiber.
