The invention relates to a sealing cap (10) for a fixed neck pertaining to a motor vehicle radiator. Said cap is provided with an outer part (16) and an inner part (15) comprising a fluidic connection between the inside of the reservoir and the outside of the reservoir, and a valve arrangement (11) for blocking and unblocking the fluidic connection. The aim of the invention is to regulate the prestress of the pressure control valve body while the prevailing temperature inside the reservoir decreases immediately, the action of the pressure control /suction relief valve arrangement remaining constant. In order to achieve this, the prestress by means of which the pressure control valve body (12) is pressed against the sealing seat can be regulated by means of a thermal drive (14) in the form of an expansion element membrane capsule (50), said thermal drive being provided with a temperature probe (54) which penetrates the pressure control valve body in the cap axis and reaches the neck of the reservoir. The suction relief valve body (13) is eccentrically arranged in relation to the cap axis.
