PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute various service businesses which are required to be processed in somebody's behalf, while considering the security management of personal information, and accessing information managed by the other server. SOLUTION: The individual certifying part 202 of a service window server 2 certifies an individual based on personal information inputted from one of client terminals 11 to 1n. A business performing part 204 receives the type of service that the individual desires, order information required for performing the service and the address of an output terminal (output terminal 3) outputting the performing result of the service, from the individual terminal as the need arises. The generation business of a document provided with a format following order contents or a report business which requires a prescribed procedure is performed by asking the data base server 4 being the other server. Then, the performed result is outputted by selecting the output terminal which the user individual designates. |
