PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite plating film in which stains causing corrosion such as rust and discoloration are hard to be adhered, even in the case of being adhered with stains, they can easily be removed, and even in the case that a part thereof is peeled, its function can be maintained over a long period. SOLUTION: The surface of a stock 4 is provided with a composite nickel plated layer 3 in which nickel 3b and a fluorine-based high polymer compound 3c are precipitated, the layer 3 is subjected to plating treatment, and the surface is coated with one kind of metal 2a selected from silver, palladium, platinum, rhodium and indium.
