<p>Transdermal administration of levosimenden or (-)-[[4-(1,4,5,6-tetahydro-4-methyl-6-oxo-3-pyridazinyl)phenyl)hydrazono]propanedinitrile or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is disclosed. Transdermal preparations of levosimenden can be in the form of e.g. ointment, emulsion, lotion, solution, gel, cream, patch or transdermal delivery device including iontophoretic device.</p> |
