PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional communication system adopting the time diversity system where a mobile station side cannot have made communication because a ground station needs a communication unit compatible with each delay time and starts communication after selecting the communication unit corresponding to the mobile station in the case of making communication between the ground station and a plurality of mobile stations. SOLUTION: This invention provides the communication system where in the case of communication from a side of a mobile station 1, the mobile station 1 transmits a mobile station number 16 to the ground station 2 through an initial synchronous frame 3, a mobile station identification section 9 of the ground station 2 identifies the mobile station 1 and a delay time selection section 10 sets a delay time in matching with the mobile station number 16 to delay sections 6a, 6b.
