PURPOSE: A method for the fabricating a dielectric filter is provided to miniature and lighten a dielectric filter used in radio communication systems of a microwave frequency band, and obtain more sharp filter characteristics at a wanted frequency band, through the use of various shapes of micro strip lines and dielectric resonators. CONSTITUTION: A step involves obtaining a width, thickness, non-dielectric constant, impedance and effective dielectric constant of a conductive plate, and creating a film. Then, a step involves applying a sensitive solution on the film, performing an expose process, inserting the exposed result into a vessel containing ethylene trichloride therein, and developing them. After the development is completed, a step involves sprinkling a ferric chloride and performing an etching process. After the etching process is completed, a step involves washing through the use of pure water to cut an unnecessary portion, and forming a micro strip line. A step involves providing a case and a connector to contain the micro strip line therein. A network analyzer mounted outside the case is provided to analyze the micro strip line.
