<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of storing and mixing two types of gas or two types of mix gas to be accurately mixed with the last mixture at a site in an extremely small quantity of gas. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an outer chamber 10 having an opening 12; an inner chamber provided in the chamber and having an opening 32; a two-way valve 14 hermetically sealed and fixed in the opening 12, having one end connected to respective chambers, and having a first or a second passage 18 and 20 with a controllable first or second cutoff means 26 and 28; the first and second means 36, 38, 41, and 41 connected to one end of the channel respectively and regulating the flow rate and the pressure; and first and second pipes 48 and 46 connecting outlets of respective regulation means to a single outlet 52 of the device.</p> |
