PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lean premix pressure combustor which prolongs the life time of the combustor and reduces complexity of maintenance and costs therefor. SOLUTION: A combustor dome module comprises a mixer tube, having a hollow heat shield sealingly joined around the outlet end thereof. The module can then be assembled in an array form for defining a combustor dome, with each module being individually removable therefrom. |
