PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and thin battery having high reliability. SOLUTION: This battery 1a is provided with a battery core 10 generating power, a laminate film 20 like a wrapping bag surrounding the battery core 10, and a storage member 100 storing the laminate film 20 surrounding the battery core 10. An end part 20a on one side and an end part 20b on the other side of the laminate film 20 are overlapped to form a sealing part 24 sealing the battery core 10. A lid part 50 of the storage member 100 has a through hole 51. The through hole 51 receives the sealing part 24 so that the laminate film 20 is stored in the storage member 100.
