<p>A production method of natural intestine sausages, which is excellent in hygienic properties and can reduce wastes in natural intestine casing and materials; and a device therefor. The natural intestine sausage producing device (1) comprises a fill tube (4), an intestine pushing member (6), an intestine-pushing-member driving means (7), an intestine receiving member (9), a braking member (10), a conveying means (11), a detecting means (13) detecting the position of the intestine pushing member (6) with respect to the intestine receiving member (9), and a controlling means (15) that stops a material supply means (3), the tip end (4A) of the fill tube (4) being positioned so as to project from the braking member (10) toward the conveying means (11).</p> |
