PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the energy amount consumed by a water heater 14 installed at a plurality of homes 3a for promoting global energy saving. SOLUTION: This system aims at saving the energy consumption amount of the water heater 14 installed at the plurality of homes 3a and is provided with a communication part 21, an information control part 22 and a device control part 23. The communication part 21 is connected to each water heater 14 via a network 9. The part 22 stores information about the actual use results of the water heater 14 at every home 3a. The part 23 remotely controls the water heater 14 via the communication part 21 and the network 9, on the basis of the information inside the part 22.
