摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect similar result as the newest engines which perform pilot fuel injection to even old type diesel engines or used engines and to provide technology for enhancing thermal efficiency and exhaust gas control for newest common rail type diesel engines. SOLUTION: An auxiliary fuel atomizing and mixing part is disposed in an intake flow passage 2 and a uniform lean spray or a partial area spray or a stratified spray is created using fuel of high cetane values and introduced into cylinders. An injection nozzle 12 is modified into a jet collision type nozzle and a high swirl generating mechanism is newly provided on an intake port. A common rail is provided with a fuel heating means and a system for pressurizing and supplying a combustion promoting material, and the combustion promoting material is injected to efficiently burn emulsion fuel of high water contents and the like. Further, the interior wall of each cylinder, the upper surface of each piston and an exhaust flow passage have their respective surfaces formed into false black bodies by flame spraying of titanium dioxide, and a condensing turbine, a condenser, and a reverse osmosis film filtering device or the like are arranged behind an exhaust pipe to reduce exhaust emissions.
