<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a sense amplifier operation time cannot be adjusted sufficiently short and current consumption cannot be reduced largely, in a conventional semiconductor integrated circuit. SOLUTION: Read-out operation of data of a memory element 14 for dummy being remotest from a sense amplifier 16 for dummy is started at the same time read-out operation of data of a memory element 1 by a sense amplifier 6 is started, and read-out operation of data of the memory element 1 by the sense amplifier 6 is stopped after read-out operation of the memory element 14 for dummy is finished.</p> |
