<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidding and bid-opening method which reduces the calculation volume and performs the bid-opening only with person in charge of the bid-opening. SOLUTION: Plural bid-opening devices and plural bidding devices are connected by a communication line, and the person in charge of the bid-opening publishes a bid price table and a hash function, and each bidding device generates bid information including a price index and a signature in accordance with a bid price, secret random numbers, and the hash function and transmits them to the bid-opening devices, and the bid-opening devices publish this information and verify the signature and generate a chain of the hash function to perform verification by the calculated price index and determine a successful bidder and a price for the successful bid in the case of successful verification.</p> |
