<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance jig that can reliably suck a piece of work by air for conveying. SOLUTION: This conveyance jig of the work is used for a device, that supports the conveyance jig or sucking a piece of work by air for support by a handling unit for conveying between machining stages, carries out air suction by an air suction mechanism that is provided in the machining stage for suction of a piece of work to the conveyance jig by air, and performs required machining in the machining stage. In this case, each single suction hole 52a is opened, corresponding to the arrangement position of a piece of work in a body 10 for supporting a piece of work, air channels 54 and 56 for allowing the suction hole 52a to communicate with the air mechanisms of the handling unit and machining stage are provided in the body. In the body, a switching valve 46 is also provided. When the handling unit is fitted, the switching valve 46 communicates with the air mechanism at the side of the handling unit, while when the handling unit is removed for setting to the machining stage, the switching valve 46 communicates with the air mechanism at the side of the machining stage.</p> |
