SOLUTION: An aluminum electrolytic capacitor element 10, wound by the polyaniline solution of high electrical conductivity is deposited, impregnated with polyaniline and dried later by a dryer maintained at a fixed temperature, so that solvent can be completely removed. At such a time, for impregnation satisfactory impregnation characteristics are presented not only under ordinary temperature and ordinary pressure but also under high temperature and reduced pressure. The dried element is inserted into an aluminum can, sealed and dried by an epoxy resin later, so that the functional macromolecular solid-state electrolytic capacitor 10 can be provided.
