PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block which is less easily corroded or worn, capable of applying not only cobble stones and broken stones but also crushed stones and earth, suitable for seeding and planting, expectable for cleaning water quality, and excellent in execution and economy. SOLUTION: This concrete block 1 is used for revetment, slope protection, scoring prevention and groin, and formed of porous concrete with a substantially cylindrical part 13 formed therein. Various kinds of fillers such as cobble stones and broken stones 5, crushed stones 6, earth 7 or molten slag are filled in the substantially cylindrical part 13. A connection bar 3 is provided in a side wall 11 of the block 1. The blocks 1 and 1 are connected to each other by connecting the connection bars 3 and 3 to each other via a connector 2.
