<p>The invention provides a high-sensitivity biosensor that needs fewer samples for measurement. The biosensor comprises a first insulating substrate with a working electrode, a second insulating substrate with a counter electrode opposed to the working electrode, a reagent layer including at least redox enzyme, and a sample feeder formed between the first and second insulating substrates. The working electrode, the counter electrode and the reagent layer are exposed in the sample feeder, and the working electrode and the counter electrode are spaced at an interval of less than 150 microns.</p> |
