<p>The invention concerns a device for mounting, adjusting and locking blades of cutter machines, used in various industries for shredding, chopping and mixing products, aiming at providing accurate longitudinal adjusting, with secure positive locking preventing any misadjustment caused by the centrifugal force. The invention consists in a blade (1) comprising a substantially rectangular indentation (1b) and a rack (1c), positioned on a support-washer (2) with a flat-surface nut (7) and a rack segment (4) irreversibly mobile by a cam with two eccentric stages (8), guided by the pins (9). The screws (6) and (10) corresponding respectively to the flat-surface nut (7) and to the pins (9) respectively secure the blade (1) and the rack-segment (4) on the support-washer (2) and are clamped after the longitudinal adjustment has been completed.</p> |
