PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work processing ability managing device which can easily and precisely calculate the ability point of a worker performing work such as the correct/error decision of a processing based on the processing result of the plural workers on the same work such as intellectual work. SOLUTION: A correct/error judgment result on the different part of the processing results of the plural workers on the same work is obtained. The group of the two workers different in the correct/error judgment results on the same processing is extracted based on the result. A point is moved to the worker performing the correct processing from the worker performing the erroneous processing based on a prescribed scoring/losing rule between the extracted workers. The scoring/losing rule is set so that the absolute value of scoring/losing points is smaller as the difference of the ability points is larger when the ability point of the worker performing the erroneous processing is lower than that of the worker performing the correct processing and the absolute value of the scoring/losing points becomes larger as the difference of the ability points is larger when the ability point of the worker performing the erroneous processing is higher than that of the worker performing the correct processing. Thus, the ability point is settled to the appropriate point adjusted to the ability of the worker by repeating work. |
