PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously monitor a plurality of plants, to acquire monitoring data from each plant and to control each plant so as to be operated with proper efficiency, on the basis of the monitoring data in a plant-control execution system. SOLUTION: The plant-control execution system is composed of a plant, provided with a plant control terminal which controls one or a plurality of plants connected via a network, an installation-monitoring data output device which monitors each installation constituting the plants so as to output the monitoring data, an installation controller which controls each installation, a plurality of device-control terminals which are provided with storage means used for storing the monitoring data and which control the installation controller and a control server, connected to the device control terminals via a network and which controls the device control terminals. On the basis of a terminal control program which is transmitted in one run from the plant control terminal, the device control terminals perform a processing operation, and the acquisition of the monitoring data and the installation controller are controlled.
