PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet data record management system for recording and managing drawings and documents, before being disclosed publicly. SOLUTION: In a managing company provided with unspecified users, a homepage in the Internet network provided with a number issue processing means for issuing a transmission start number or a record storage number, in response to a request from a terminal device and a recording means is regard to this data record service system for the Internet. When an unspecified user acquires the transmission start number subjected to transmission issuing with the request from the terminal machine and subsequently transmits data with the record storage number subjected to number issue processing attached thereto to the managing company by e-mail, in response to a request again from the terminal device, and the managing company reads the data with the record storage number attached thereto, transmitted by the e-mail from the unspecified user over the Internet network and sequentially records the data on an information recording medium time. The transmission start number and the record storage number issued by the number issue processing means are composed of composite data consisting of the data, time data and access counter data requested by the user.
