PURPOSE: A monitoring and control system by remote measuring of water quality is provided to monitor the environmental changes on the spot by detecting data changes from a central monitoring system through wireless transmission/reception of the data measured on the spot. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring and control system by remote measuring of water quality consists of: sensors(10-1,10n) for detecting water quality data such as hydrogen ion content, dissolved oxygen, electric conductivity and turbidity; measuring units(20-1,20n) for collecting and measuring data detected from the sensors; at least one measuring system including transmission units(40-1,40n) for transmitting the measured data; a receiving unit(50) for receiving the transmitted data from the measuring system; and a CPU(Central Processing Unit,60) comparing the received data with reference value in real time according to a specific program and transmitting the result to at least one spot or to a user computer(70-1,70n). The measured data by the sensors are collected in the measuring unit, transmitted to the CPU wirelessly, analyzed and then transmitted to a user computer. Thereby, all of the situations on the spot are monitored and controlled.
