PURPOSE: A liposome-containing cosmetic composition and a nonwoven fabric containing the same are provided, therefore the effective components in liposomes can be highly adsorbed into the skin. CONSTITUTION: The liposome containing cosmetic composition comprises 35 to 45 wt.% of lecithin base containing 2 to 3 wt.% of lecithin, 10 to 15 wt.% of ethanol, 20 to 30 wt.% of ester oil, 5 to 10 wt.% of propylene glycol and purified water; 15 to 40 wt.% of Japanese apricot extract containing citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid, vitamin C and inorganic acid; or 15 to 40 wt.% of carrot extract containing carbohydrate, lipid, vitamin A1, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, kalium, calcium, phosphorous and iron; 0.1 to 0.6 wt.% of cholesterol or beta-sitosterol; and 10 to 15 wt.% of vegetable oil. It further comprises 2 to 3 wt.% ceramide.
