PURPOSE: A three-dimensional web navigating method and a device thereof are provided to check a relation among other web pages being connected to a page visually by having a current user position display and an easy user interface necessary for navigating a web site for creating the corresponding pages in large quantities by a web site or a script including a large quantity web pages, displaying a connection among various complex web pages as a diagram, and expressing a position of the current web page of a user in a three-dimensional space. CONSTITUTION: The total hierarchy structure of services supplying in a predetermined web site is sensed(100). A screen is changed into other screen by changing an HTML displaying the other screen using a Javascript corresponded to the other screen in case that a linked other web page screen is selected in a screen displaying a hierarchy using a three-dimensional processing language and a Java language. In case that a display of a hierarchy different from the above hierarchy is selected, other hierarchy is displayed using the three-dimensional processing language and a Java language(110). In case that a partial portion of data displayed on a screen displaying a hierarchy is changed in a screen displaying a hierarchy, a screen management is performed responded to the changed data by using the three-dimensional processing language responded to the data in accordance with a property of changed data, or by processing an HTML responded to the data being changed(120).
