Angiotrophic disorder zone is covered with neurovascular fascicle of the produced intercostal stem longitudinally within the area of healthy spinal cord tissues. EFFECT: improved neurologic deficiency correction; eliminated cerebrospinal canal stenosis; improved trophic conditions in anterior part of the spinal cord lesion area.
