PURPOSE: A hermetic cooling tower is provided to obtain specific cooling efficiency simply by feeding water near the actual evaporation rate by increasing the absorption and evaporation effects on the surface of a fluid tube, and to reduce white smog caused by feeding and recirculating of a large amount of evaporation water. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pipe is coated with absorption material. Herein, the absorption material is used with fabric, pulp, paper, lime, loess, diatomaceous earth or other mineral matter. Plural water feeding holes(510) are arranged on the fluid pipe having evaporation water feeding pipes(500) arranged parallel vertically. Plural evaporation water transfer elements(515) are closely crossed with the fluid pipe vertically starting from each water feeding hole. Thereby, evaporation water is fed to each fluid pipe. The hermetic cooling tower feeds evaporation water having an almost actual evaporation rate by capillarity or inductive feeding. Thereby, water dispersing is not generated or minimized.
