METHOD FOR EFFICIENTLY REMOVING SCALE ON STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: A method for efficiently removing scale on a steel sheet is provided which quickly removes scale on the surface of the steel sheet during pickling by dipping the heated steel sheet into a pickling solution after continuously heating the steel sheet using a heating device just before dipping the steel sheet into the pickling solution. CONSTITUTION: In a process for removing scale on the surface of a steel sheet using a pickling solution, the method for efficiently removing scale on the steel sheet comprises the steps of heating the steel sheet using a heating means; and dipping the heated steel sheet into the pickling solution, wherein a temperature of the steel sheet is in the temperature range of 200 to 450 deg.C in the steel sheet heating step.
