PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow respective viewers (consumers) to easily grasp the consciousness of other viewers with respect t the merchandise, charged services, etc., of respective companies. SOLUTION: A system 20 (referring to Figure 2) including the server 21 (referring to Figure 2) of a response server company 1 is provided with a function F3 for creating contents for data broadcasting of a viewer-participating type capable of displaying the summing result of consciousness information of the viewer to a merchandise/service, a function for distributing the created contents for data broadcasting to the data broadcasting receiver 12 of the viewer through a broadcasting station 2, a ranking function F4 for reflecting the consciousness information sent through the receiver 12 of the viewer to a summing result in real time based on contents for data broadcasting, and the comparing and ranking function F5 of merchandises and shops.
