<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a hit rate by increasing the number of used cars to be retrieved. SOLUTION: A database on a server computer 16 holds data on cars expected to be traded in for new ones in negotiation and data on vehicles to be possibly traded in for new one or sold judging from a request for a brand-new car catalog in addition to data on used cars on the used-car market. When desired purchase conditions are inputted from a client computer 12 or 14, the server computer 16 performs retrieval from those data to extract corresponding vehicles and reply their data.</p> |
