PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system of real time edition manufacture holding and selling management of moving images of public performance or the like. SOLUTION: This issuing system includes video cameras 102 which pick up an image object 100 for a prescribed time, a first moving image storage medium issuing device 200 which keeps moving images from the cameras in a CD and issues or transfers the moving images via a network according to the purchase intention of a customer 170, a second moving image storage medium issuing device 300 which manufactures and issues a CD from a video tape 104a in which an image object is directly picked up or preserved by an individual, an RTS web system 110 which preserves moving image files transferred from the issuing device 200 in a data storage part 150, and retrieves the data storage part and provides the moving image file when the customer 170 orders the file, a management company which picks up moving images and manufactures and issues CDs according to the CD order of a customer, and an installation supply company which supplies the cameras 102, the moving image storage medium issuing devices 200, 300 and unrecorded CDs. |
