PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored FM video transmission system which can correct the color phase shift caused by the pass characteristics composed of the amplitude characteristic and phase characteristic of cascade-connected link amplifiers when the system transmits colored FM video signals after amplifying the signals by means of the link amplifiers. SOLUTION: The color phase control section 406 of an FM video receiver 40 can change the color phase of colored video signals outputted from an FM demodulating section 402 by a desired amount. The section 406 corrects in advance the color phase by rotating the color phase by a fixed amount corresponding to the maximum number of central controllers 20 and link amplifiers 30 connected to one main line of this colored FM video transmission system, in the direction opposite to the color phase rotating direction of generated color video signals by connecting the controllers 20 and amplifiers 30 to the main line.
