PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally a phase synchronization circuit causes unstable operation, because correct comparison cannot be made by a phase comparator, depending on the timing of a selected clock at clock switching on the occurrence of clock interruption. SOLUTION: The phase synchronization circuit is provided with a reset pulse generator 10, that generates a reset pulse on the basis of a change in a clock-switching signal 107 and resets a phase comparator 9, on the basis of the reset pulse. |
