PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effecter system which enables an effect function to be easily operated and set while visually recognizing characteristic information for which general characteristics are displayed in a list. SOLUTION: This effecter system is provided with an effecter 2 for applying the effect processing of prescribed distortion characteristics and/or space characteristics to audio signals outputted from a sound source and a terminal part 1 independent of the effecter 2 for generating a characteristic parameter for stipulating the effect processing. The characteristic parameter generated in the terminal part 1 is transferred to the effecter 2 to decide the effect characteristics of the effecter 1. Also, the character parameter transmitted through a communication channel is received in the terminal part 1 and stored in the memory 12 or sent out to the effecter 2 as it is without being stored in the memory 12, the received characteristic parameter is stored in the memory 22 on the side of the effecter 2 and the effect characteristics of the effecter 2 are decided based on the stored characteristic parameter. |
