SOLUTION: This rotary connector device 1 is provided with a stator housing 2, arranged on the car body side of an automobile, a rotor housing 3 rotatably arranged in the stator housing 2 and connected to a steering wheel and a flat cable 5 housed in a housing space A, composed of the rotor housing 3 and the stator housing 2.
