PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure consistency of data. SOLUTION: A cluster type load distribution server system includes plural clusters and one or more storage devices which can be accessed from each cluster. Each of clusters has a cache memory. When a client writes data, the client sends the write data to all clusters in multicast. When a data write request is received from the client, each of clusters stores the write data in each cash memory regardless of whether the cluster takes charge of the processing or not. Then only the cluster that takes charge of the processing stores the write data into a data storage means.
