PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade such a case that much time and labor are required to produce a large number of complicated schedules when the schedules are produced for every item from a calendar. SOLUTION: A computerized system main body is provided with a hard disk 1 containing calendar information, a schedule production part 3 having software constitution and a schedule editing part 4. The part 3 produces the pattern schedules equivalent to one or plural weeks and copies these schedules to an actual calendar. The part 4 sets additionally the special schedule items such as 'once a month' and 'only this week' to the copied schedules. Then some or all of schedule items unnecessary for the relevant month are deleted from the pattern schedules and furthermore the places, times, etc., included in the schedule items are partly changed. |
