PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a medical treatment difference for each of countries or persons by flexibly taking part in an international medical science society through the Internet in real time, reducing the travel expenses, cost and time or the like and enabling everybody to take part in the society anytime and anywhere according to his/her life work. SOLUTION: In the structure of a program system combined with a real time program for speedily and exactly repeating a large quantity of information on the Internet in real time while using the communication satellite line of the international medical science society and a flexible program for enabling everybody to flexibly take part in the society anytime and anywhere, several kinds of programs are constructed so that everybody can flexibly take part in the theory, research monograph presentation, question and answer thereto or opinion exchange in the society in real time corresponding to the life work of each of individuals while effectively utilizing editing and translation software based on a controller and an editor having picture recording and sound recording functions for program preparation.
