<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is a possibility of the occurrence of a problem on a safety and durability in the construction by a constructor who down not have information on the construction method and structure of a house since the relation between customer and building supplier becomes less, it frequently occurs that mend, repair and reform are entrusted to another constructor and information on the house of a customer is not unitiedly managed. SOLUTION: In the house record system, check/repair history information, check proposal information and repair proposal information of the prescribed part of building are incorporated in the data base of a system computer. History information or proposal information is supplied so that it can be retrieved on the display of the personal computer or portable telephone set of the building supplier or the customer based on building supplier information, building information, customer information or period information.</p> |
