<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information collecting method, by which a user to access a cooperation site is tracked, tracking data are collected and analyzed, and information such as the number of accessing persons, popular site or user attribute effective for a site operator can be provided to the cooperation site. SOLUTION: The category of a home page provided by a site is managed, a prescribed transmission tag is stuck on the home page, a cookie is issued to a user, who performs access to the site, and each time the user accesses the site, the user is specified by the cookie issued to this user.
