PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, capable of forming an image having higher precision than resolution of an imaging means, and an image processing device using the method. SOLUTION: In this highly precise image processing method for forming the highly precise image, an optical transfer function by an optical part is measured, and a region part characteristic which is higher than the resolution of the imaging means in the optical transfer function is inferred, based on two or more measuring points of the optical transfer function, and a low- resolution input image is subjected to interpolation processing to become highly precise, and deconvolution processing of the obtained highly precise image is executed by the optical transfer function, including the region part characteristic higher than the resolution, to thereby restore original object. |
