PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device of a circuit breaker which is small in size, has flexibility in positioning and can prevent a terminal screw from coming off. SOLUTION: The terminal device 5 has a terminal screw 8, inserted into an insertion hole arranged by drilling at a terminal plate 6 and is screwed down to a female screw hole 19 of a square presser plate member 7 arranged at the bottom side of the terminal plate 6. The presser plate 7 is screwed and fixed to a wall 11 formed on a base stand, and the terminal screw 8 is prevented from falling by a fall-off preventing part 14 formed on a cover 3. By fastening a wire 12 put in from a wire-insertion hole 13 with the terminal screw 8, the presser plate member 7 moves toward the terminal plate 6, and the wire 12 is pinched and fixed by the terminal plate 6 and by the presser plate member 7.
